HerStory provides branding, marketing, experiential event planning, production services, and curated social experiences (including PokHer Social™).

  • All services are subject to written agreements, proposals, or contracts.

  • Event details, pricing, deliverables, and timelines will be defined per engagement.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion.

3. Payments & Refunds

  • Payment terms will be outlined in your agreement or checkout process.

  • Deposits and fees may be non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

  • Late or missed payments may result in service suspension or cancellation.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including text, images, graphics, logos, videos, and branding—is the property of HerStory Agency or its licensors.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use our content without prior written permission.

5. Event Participation & Assumption of Risk

By attending HerStory-produced events:

  • You acknowledge and accept any inherent risks associated with live or social events.

  • You agree to follow event rules and venue policies.

  • We reserve the right to remove any participant for disruptive or inappropriate behavior.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HerStory Agency shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of our website, services, or events.

11. SMS Communications & Text Messaging Terms

This is a brief description of the types of message users can expect upon opting in.

  • You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text "STOP" to the shortcode. Upon sending "STOP," we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.

  • If you experience issues with the messaging program, reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or reach out directly to {support email address or toll-free number}.

  • Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

  • As always, message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies. For questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider.
