Girls Trip Society
Girls Trip Society was built as a scalable, destination-inspired event brand designed to elevate how women entrepreneurs connect—moving beyond traditional networking into immersive, high-end experiences. Led by HerStory Agency(formerly The Lavish Brand Collective), the initiative translated the signature Girls Trip Society energy into curated environments and intentional guest experiences that fostered real connection and measurable ROI. Through strategic event design, sponsor and vendor partnerships, and immersive brand activations, the team successfully launched two sold-out events with 400+ attendees while securing $17.5K in sponsorship revenue and over $26K in in-kind value. Destination-themed spaces, celebrity integration, and interactive activations transformed Dallas into a global getaway, blending storytelling, business, and celebration. The result positioned Girls Trip Society not just as an event series, but as a movement with a strong foundation for national expansion and long-term growth. TK's Comedy Club
TK’s Comedy partnered with HerStory Agency to build the operational infrastructure needed to support rapid growth in private and corporate events while reducing risk and preparing the venue for scale. The engagement focused on designing end-to-end systems—including booking workflows, SOPs, contracts, and team training—that standardized execution and protected the business legally. Branded guest experience frameworks, vendor engagement policies, and plug-and-play event concepts elevated both internal programming and B2B client offerings. As a result, events were delivered more consistently, staff performance improved, manual workload decreased, and vendor and client relationships strengthened. The new systems enabled TK’s Comedy to successfully produce profitable corporate events for brands like RingCentral, McCarthy, and Smith Consulting, reinforcing long-term growth and operational excellence.

Urban Hydration Fresh Fest 2025
Urban Hydration partnered with DWJ Co and HerStory Agency to launch Fresh Fest, a large-scale, family-focused community festival designed to elevate brand visibility and deepen connections around clean beauty and wellness. Subcontracted by DWJ Co, HerStory Agency led event design, guest experience, vendor strategy, and activation concepts to create a premium experience that stood apart from traditional local festivals. The event featured immersive play zones, kids’ haircare stations, branded vendor booths, clear guest flow, and a cohesive journey culminating in a branded theater screening. Strategic vendor engagement, cost-saving recommendations, and centralized production management ensured both high-impact aesthetics and operational efficiency. Fresh Fest successfully strengthened sponsor and vendor relationships while positioning Urban Hydration’s festival as a scalable, annual brand activation.

STS 1Stop partnered with DWJ Co and HerStory Agency to launch Gamechangers EX, a multi-city conference designed to deliver education, strategy, and high-impact networking across Dallas and Atlanta. Subcontracted by DWJ Co, HerStory Agency led event design, guest experience, operations, and sponsor strategy to ensure a consistent, elevated experience across both markets. A tech-forward, puzzle-inspired theme came to life through branded Solution Stations, Power Play Pods, custom badges, and interactive sponsor activations that differentiated the conference from traditional tax events. Tailored operations plans and coordinated vendor, speaker, and staff management enabled seamless execution despite complex multi-city logistics. The result positioned STS 1Stop as a leader in experience-driven professional education while establishing a scalable framework for future Gamechangers EX tour stops.
